Garmin 3600 touch screen does not respond

I purchased 5 iques and one of them powers up and seems to work fine, but the touch screen will not respond. I did a hard reset which takes me back to the calibration step one, but the screen still won't respond. Is it posible someone has put a password into the ique and if so how do you fix that. Help...
