Color turns to purple/blue while playing games or movies.

The color on our H57 is normally perfect, except recently when the projector would project a purple/blue color (almost translucent). To fix it we would turn it off for 3 minutes and restart and everything would be normal for a few minutes and then it would do the same . Any ideas? By the way, we have a relatively new lamp in with about 100 hours of burn time....
