There is a constant hissing coming from the handset when the receiver is in place. I think there's a keystroke sequence to kill it. does anyone know what it is? Thanks...

We have 12 extensions but the incoming lines only ring on 6, how do i make them ring on other extensions...

The manual that came with this system is pathetic. There are soooooooooo many items that it does not address. I have been put in charge of the phones at work and at least once a week someone asks me how to do or change something and there are NO explanations in the manual.
HELP!!!...
