My handset is not turning on so i got a new battery put it on charge and the key lights come on but the handset won't turn on take it off charge and the lights go off and nothing turns on can u tell me whats wrong or if theres any thing i can do...

I am trying to sync with MS Outlook on my pc. Sometimes it works but most of the time I am getting an error. A runtime error. MS Visual C++ runtime library; abnormal program termination. Program: c:program filessamsungsamsun pc studio 3pc sync.exe

I have an SGH-U700 Samsung that keeps displaying the message Please insert SIM card even after the card has been inserted. The phone switches on and goes not further than that display message and only allows SOS calls. What can I do to get it working?...
