Seiko 7T32 Watch. Should Hour hand, Minute hand, second hand Glow when in a dark room or at night?

I received a Seiko 7T32 15BAR Chrongraph Quartz wrist watch in 1992 as a Retirement gift. I have not used it in years, it's been in a dry jewlery box. The battery was dead so I had a new battery put in and everything seems to work fine. Please email me with response since I probably won't find this website again, I'm not computer savy. Thanks Ron rnoga@sbcglobal.net The question is should the hands and markers of this watch glow when it is in a dark room or dark outside? ...
